	General Dynamics Land Systems is a subsidiary of General Dynamics Corporation. Headquartered in Sterling Heights, Michigan, Land Systems designs, manufactures and supports land and amphibious combat systems for the US Army, the US Marine Corps and allied nations. (PDF File)	Challenge: General Dynamics Land Systems was looking for a new site to build, assemble and test the new AAAV project. The company searched for potential project sites that would meet all of its requirements.
(PDF File)	Results: A total of 140 sites were submitted to General Dynamics for preliminary review. ASPI Group teamed up with Hensel Phelps and GMAC with the support from its public partners: Washington Congressional Delegation, Port of Moses Lake, Grant County EDC and Grant County Commission to put together a proposal representing Moses Lake, Grant County. Moses Lake was invited to a meeting for the top eight sites. An in depth submission was then submitted by the eight final sites. Moses Lake qualified to be the top three sites but the project was awarded to another state due to their large state incentive package.
